Silverleaf Resorts Inc, is proud to introduce our all new 19,000-square-foot
indoor water park where families and friends can gather year round for fun.
The completely glass-enclosed recreational area is climate controlled and features
a retractable roof for outdoor summer excitement.
Features include:
- Lazy river with whirlpool for tubers
- 4 water slides - 2 double tube slides, 2 body slides in bright colors - bright orange, yellow, blue, red
- A fanciful Forest Ranger children's playscape with water activities and life-size resin figures of bears, moose, trees and more.
- A gentle wave pool
- Seating for relaxing and watching the fun
- A casual dining area featuring Pizza Hut Express and snack foods
- Men's and women's changing area, lockers, restrooms and showers
- And a novelty shop with everything you need for a water park adventure
- A party room for your special events
- Since Safety is #1 to us we have fully licensed Lifeguards on duty at all times.

- We are open to the general public, however our members receive priority when we are at capacity, in addition to discounted pricing.

All children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian. Some rides have height requirements and they are posted at each ride entrance.

Life jackets are available and are located at the far end of the park near the Wave Pool and fully-licensed lifeguards are stationed throughout the facility.

We have men’s and women’s changing areas, showers, and lockers available. Locks can be rented for a small fee and deposit. You may bring your own towels or purchase one in our mercantile area. Our mercantile area also has a wide variety of water-related merchandise for sale, including earplugs, masks, snorkels, swim diapers, swimsuits and more.

No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the WaterPark, however we do have a concession area and Pizza Hut Express for your convenience. Picnic tables are available outside the WaterPark recreation building.
- Swimsuits are required (unless you are an observer).
- Swim diapers required for children not toilet trained.
- No pets allowed in the facility.

- From Dallas/Ft.Worth: Take Interstate 20 East to Exit #540, the Van exit. Turn right at the stop sign (Route 314) and follow for eight miles to flashing red light that is Hwy. 64. Turn Left on Hwy 64 and proceed east for exactly 10 miles to FM 2661. Turn right on FM 2661 for 11 miles and look for a large sign 'The Villages' on right side of the road.
- From downtown Tyler: Travel south on Broadway to Loop 323, right at Loop 323 to Hwy 155, left at Hwy 155 to FM 2661 (Brookshire's on right), right on FM 2661, 2.3 miles on FM 2661 to The Villages entrance on left.
