We’ve built our resorts with a few things in mind: We want to give you the comfort of home and the flexibility to plan your vacation around your schedule, not ours. We also know that vacations should be about peace of mind. That’s why we strive to build solid relationships with our members and keep their best interest at the heart of everything we do. We give you the space you want, at the time you need, with the respect you deserve.

Our spacious, high-quality accommodations give you the comfort of your living room with the luxury and adventure of a resort. We offer spacious floor plans that range in size from studio units to three bedroom villas. We also provide you with fully equipped kitchen and dining areas, as well as washers and dryers, stereos, televisions, DVD players, VCRs and more.

FLEXIBILITY

We leave it up to you.

Once you own a timeshare, the vacation choices are endless. We magnify inherent flexibility of the timeshare concept by offering alternatives in location, unit size and time of year. You pick when you want to stay. You can choose between fixed or variable vacation times, and also pick among accommodations that range from studios to three bedroom villas. As an owner you can opt to visit your home resort or exchange to other resorts, spas, cruises, hotels, and specialty tours throughout the world.

During this time, we have also established and nurtured solid working relationships with professional organizations such as the Dallas Better Business Bureau, the Dallas Chamber of Commerce and Resort Condominiums International. Also, as members of the American Resort Developers Association (ARDA), we are among some of the world’s most recognized names in hospitality and resort development. For more than 35 years, ARDA members have worked with federal and state government officials in support of legislation to protect consumers. We understand the importance of building honest relationships with our owners. Therefore, we are committed to treating our owners with the respect and consideration they deserve.
